Stormy has been in the Real Estate business for more than ten years. She entered the industry as a brokerage assistant, and worked her way up through the chain to become a full time buyer’s agent. The experiences she gained along the way throughout her career led her to focus on the buyer side of a real estate transaction. She is quick to point out that her favorite part of the job is helping first time home buyers acquire that first house – and she takes pride in the expertise she can lend to make that process as stress free and rewarding as possible. She knows all angles of the real estate transaction, and brings that experience to bear when representing her clients.
First attending school in Tucson, Arizona, Stormy transferred to the South Nevada School of Real Estate, where she was able to gain the knowledge to get a critical start on her new career. After graduation, she started her career in Nevada, but kept hearing such good things about Carlsbad that she couldn’t resist the pull of the area, and relocated here in 1999 leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the big city behind. This decision was really prompted by all the great things she had heard regarding the close knit community that Carlsbad represented, as well as the natural beauty and lifestyle found there. Carlsbad is known for its blue ribbon schools, sandy beaches, and beautiful scenery, all of which have always been appealing for both visitors and Stormy herself.
She has spent the years since working and honing her skills in the Carlsbad market. She does anything and everything she can to help her clients find their dream homes.
“This business is all about the relationship and earning the trust of your clients. Real Estate is not a 9-5 position – I have to be ready to go when my clients need me or have some free time to look at listings, or just drive through neighborhoods. This means working late nights, early mornings, and weekends; but the final result - helping someone find that perfect place, makes it all worth it.”
Like many Carlsbad residents, Stormy enjoys spending her spare time taking advantage of everything the area has to offer. She enjoys working out, spending time on the beach with her dog, attending the numerous parks that are nearby, or just spending time outdoors being active.
