Module 1 - Agent Bio
Introduce yourself or your company to prospects with professionally written interviews. Include a collection of client testimonials to show your credibility. Maximum of 1,000 words.
- Write up of your Biography
- Testimonials
- Agent videos (provided by client)
- If it’s a partnership or a team, we can do an introduction to the team and then a short bio of each of them.
Module 2 - Area Guide
Position yourself as the local area expert and gain valuable return visitors. This guide includes in depth information on the top schools in your area. Area Guide can cover up to 3 areas; each area has a maximum of 1,000 words.
- General Info (location, climate, city recognitions, slogans, what the city is about, etc)
- History
- Parks and Recreation (if there’s anything that is interesting to write about, writing about a couple parks and then the list of parks is on relocation)
- Local Events (festivals, holiday festivities, community events, etc)
- Local Attractions
- Subdivisions, if requested
- Anything else specifically requested (banking, sports, brief school info that links to school pages, etc)
Module 3 - Relocation
Relocation is a list of important/helpful information for those relocating to the areas covered in your Area Guide. It will have a few paragraphs of descriptive text along with local contact information under each subject. Relocation will cover the 3 Area Guide areas.
- Area Information Websites, including official website, tourist websites, etc.
- Local Government and Public Safety Information (chamber of commerce, fire station, police, etc)
- Transportation Information (ground transportation, airports, etc)
- Utilities (water, electricity, gas, cable, phone, internet, solid waste, recycling, etc)
- List of local parks
- Local Statistics/Demographics Information and Links
- Local Newspapers
- Local Restaurants (if requested)
- Anything else they specifically request
